Ordering
Can I change my order afterwards?
As long as shipping has not been booked, we can still modify the order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance (info@inseba.eu).
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, you can only pay by bank transfer. We will send you a pro forma invoice for the transfer.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be shipped within 1 working day after payment is received.
Do you also deliver outside Belgium?
Yes, we deliver to all EU countries. Any exceptions will be mentioned on the product page.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the item. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Send an email to info@inseba.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Do I have to pay the return costs?
Unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly, return costs are at your own expense.

Do I have a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, all our products come with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
My product arrived damaged, what now?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate solution.
