• By law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period to return your product free of charge. The 14-day cooling off period will commence on the day of delivery of your product (DPD or Essers delivery note). Note that you have to return your product in new condition.
  • Send an e-mail to customer.service@inseba.eu or call us on +32 (0)2 272 05 90 (B) – +31 (0)10 307 04 25 (NL). We will send you a return label to stick on your package for return shipping.
  • We will refund you the purchase price of the returned product as soon as we receive the package. We will need your bank account number to refund the amounts paid. Customers outside Belgium should also mention their own bank’s IBAN and BIC/SWIFT numbers.
  • Note that the account number you give for the refund should be the same as the account initially debited for the payment to Inseba. This is required to prevent possible refund fraud.
